Design Modifications and Customizations

My designs are easy to optimize for your budget, your land and your lifestyle. I encourage you to really make it your own by adding or deleting windows or skylights, adjusting room sizes, adding extra rooms, or more. If there’s a plan that is almost perfect, let’s work together to make it exactly as you’d like.
With this add-on to your purchased stock design plans, the first *6 hours of drafting time is included, as we take the standard design and customize it to your specifications.

Many minor modifications are completed within the 6-hour allowance; drafting time beyond 6 hours, if required, is performed at my usual hourly rate of USD$80 per hour
