How it works
If you really like the the look of the standard NorthEast floor plan, but can envision a tweak that would make it perfect - larger size; more bedrooms; ensuite; a screened porch; a built-in sauna; a breakfast nook; a basement; more storage closets - here’s a great opportunity. Each of these plans started with the standard NorthEast, and share its fundamental DNA - the good looks and comfortable proportions - that are the essence of the design.

After you've purchased the multi-pack and looked over all 9 of the full-resolution floor plans, you’ll let me know which floor plan you like best, and I’ll send you that version’s full PDF plan set directly.
And, as always, if there’s anything you’d like to change in your favourite version, I offer design customizations, to personalize your top design choice to your specifications. My ‘Design Modification’ listing has more information.

One great benefit of having multiple choices is that the closer the ‘baseline’ drawings are to what you’re wanting, the less drafting time it’ll take to get it just right, saving you money and time. This is a great opportunity to get a high-level semi-custom design for a fraction of the cost of pure custom.
As with all the plans I sell, these drawings are intended to be used for construction. Fully editable CAD files are available, too. Please enquire.
