Open but private, small but spacious…..Based on my best-selling ‘Tofino’ but with a completely redesigned structure, the Nipigon has over 765 square feet of floor area, with everything needed for comfortable, full-time living for a single person or a couple: a full ensuite bathroom with space for full-sized stacked washer and dryer, a full-sized kitchen, a covered deck and covered entryway and lots of windows for ample natural light and fresh air, all inside a simple-to-build structure that has a very small footprint.

This design is very versatile and well suited to a range of uses: ADU, secondary residence, backyard studio, office, guest suite, or short-term rental.
